Today is National Bring Your Teddy Bear To Work Day! Not only is it the perfect excuse to eat marmalade sandwiches a la Paddington Bear, but we had a great time putting our little teddy bear, Theodore, to work here at WNED.
Theodore admires one of the many Emmys WNED has won for our children’s program Reading Rainbow.
We quickly had him directing phone calls that come into the building.
Watch out, Eileen! Theodore did a phenomenal job taping pledge breaks.
We also had him take his turn behind the camera. He’s got quite the knack for getting the perfect shot.
We wandered back to the editing bay and Theodore tested his editing skills on the Annual Report DVD.
He helped our on-air host Peter Hall pick out some music to be played on Classical 94.5 WNED. We all know that teddy bears love their picnics!
Right before Theodore left, Mark Wozniak gave him a quick lesson on using the board in the WBFO 88.7 FM radio booth before he went live on the air.
